And she’s off!

Shona the Vet, the wonderful creation of Catherine the Vet has taken off on her third adventure. Farm to Farm was launched, this week, at the Royal Northern Agricultural Society Spring Show. And many thanks to the Press and Journal for featuring the book in their special edition for the show. Catherine had a stand and was absolutely blown away by the number of people who’d seen the article and come to find her to buy a copy of not only the new book, but the first two adventures in the series – A Coast to Coast Adventure and City Wildlife Rescue.

What’s wonderful about these books is that they are not only great fun for wee ones but also factual and informative as they are written and illustrated by Catherine Stables who is a working vet in Keith. We’re very proud to be the publisher of these books and here’s a wee bit of information – Catherine is already working on a fourth title which will see Shona and her dog Jock flying across the Borders and Dumfries and Galloway. We’re hoping she’ll land in Wigtown! We’ll just have to wait and see.
